  • Mobilize talent through various means such as Job Portals, headhunting, company mapping exercise, advertising, references etc.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates across middle & higher level management which involves activities like searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling interviews at various levels.
  • Screening through CV’s, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
  • Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interview process.
  • Maintaining & updating candidates database; maintaining invoice details of hired candidates; should keep a track of his/her assigned target vs. achievement.
